This is the traditional sommelier leather apron. It is created using 1.2 mm thick greased Spanish calf leather with a matt finish, chocolate colour and straps made from the same leather, hand stitched with waxed lined thread and saddle stitching, Zahón model with stainless steel buckles.
It is available in three colours: Chocolate, tobacco and black.
